A: No! We offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD). You only pay the delivery agent when the product is physically in your hands.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: For Nairobi residents, delivery is within 24 hours. For other counties, it takes 2 to 3 days depending on the courier schedule.
Q: What if the product is broken or not working?
A: You can check the item upon delivery. If it is damaged, return it to the rider immediately. If you notice a defect later, you have 7 days to contact us for a replacement.
Q: How do you deliver outside Nairobi?
A: We use reliable courier services like G4S, Wells Fargo, or matatu parcel services depending on what is most convenient for you in your county.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order when our agent calls you for confirmation, or by contacting us via WhatsApp before the item is dispatched.
