2. Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi & Environs: Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
• Outside Nairobi (Upcountry): Delivery takes between 48 to 72 hours depending on your exact county and location.

3. Delivery Process

Once you place an order, our customer service team will call you to confirm your details and location. After confirmation, the package is dispatched via our delivery agents or trusted courier partners (like G4S or Fargo Courier for outside Nairobi).

4. Shipping Costs

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all our promotional products across Kenya. If any shipping fees apply to specific items, it will be clearly communicated by our agents during the confirmation call.
